-  The PaddockGossip.com domain name, ownership rights and hosting space.
-  PaddockGossip.com internet registration (prepaid).
-  The existing website design including all source files (with full administration back end). The design if fully customisable with endless parameters and huge potential.
-  All intellectual capital and web page programming.
-  All existing contracts and contacts.
-  An existing website that attracts over [20] million page hits per year and has the potential to be leveraged into something much greater (more than just road racing perhaps!).  A full website traffic history is available.

The package is flexible and open to negotiation.  If no sale can be agreed PaddockGossip.com will cease to exist from 1st January 2009.
