Good luck to Tas. I wish Bruce and Archie well for 2007. Phil Neil said that his team had "a season which is best forgotten" but wait a moment, what about the contributions of Bruce Anstey this year ? He has been the unsong hero of tas in my opinion. The Tas saga has been touted on this thread to near exhaustion but at the end of the day their sole objective on the roads is to win races and this is were Bruce comes into play. Tas are not in the business to finish a close 3rd, 4rth or 5th in a race and Bruce saved them big time this year. A rider of his class is rare these days and when in action this year he certainly was not easily pushed aside, from outhinking Porter at the Tandragee to showing up Martin at the Ulster and those result at the NW and TT speak for themselves. Its good to see tas are sorted with two good riders for 07.
Ryan and Hutchy partnership sounds like a dream team too me Noddy. Hope its true.

A very wise move, again, by TAS to retain the services of Bruce. We have often said here in the past that Bruce is the best pure road racer in the world at this time, and although the competition has stepped up over the last couple of years, I would still say that he is.
He demonstrated his capabilities with a lap of over 129mph in the Senior TT last year. I'm sure I remember him saying he hit traffic on that lap too.
TAS will want victory at the centernary TT next year and even though there are some new fast boys in town (along with the usual high standard of competition of course), with Bruce I think they have got a very good chance!

I don't think it will be too many years before Wayne is excluded from riding in the MGP, other than the classics. So if you do win the lottery you had better do it this year or next.
