I am wishing to buy a 'cheap' 125cc motorcycle and have came across the make of Kinroad. A Chinese make apparently.

Does anyone know much about them, how accessible parts are etc?

or any other suggestions?

I've been buying Classic Mechanics for a few years now and have yet to hear positive reports about these Chinese clones. Did read of one report [on a Chinese copy of a CG 125] where they suggested changing the carb from an original jap *CG as the original was badly engineered and finished.
Personally, I'd shop for a decent secondhand jap bike, at least spares should be plentyful and available - so best of luck shopping about :wink:

*CG - Cargo's favourite bike ....I've got one currently rusting outside the house :oops: (served me well when thats all I had, but Mrs Noddy won't hear of selling it as we travelled many a mile on her years ago)

finding a decent 'cheap' second hand bike will be a challenge- but i will give it a go

scrap pure scrap,what sort of wee bike u lookin,ive got a nice wee yamaha yb100! if tht would do ya,guy just telling me tonight one of those chinses bikes lying in turkingtons with 14 miles on it and the engine sounds like a bag of spanners
