i think i'd heard that he had ridden cookstown as his sponsor had gone to the bother of fixing him a bike for the year

yeah Barry is retired since cookstown, he told me that he will be about the paddock helping out a friend of his though...
good rider is Barry and i hope he enjoys his new role! I really enjoyed his race to 2nd place last year at Killalane behind his brother in law Richard Britton :wink:

YEEEEEE HAAAAAA.....eventually got that darn image transferred thanks to Ben Oates. Forget about the grey part at the bottom I ran out of patience downloading it :twisted: Heres the second attempt of a pre-race Barry Maguire cruising on board his P.R.F Suziki at this years Cookstown 100. A smooth competitve road man and a nice bloke as well.

i were with barry at the northwest and from what i can gather he hasnt hung his leathers up for good. hes just taking some time out to spend some time with his family and assess his situation.so keep an eye out for him he maybe back yet.
