Michael Weldon came off his machine at Windy Corner and sustained suspected ankle, leg and wrist injuries and was taken to hospital by Air Med.

Fall in sea passengers using Dublin and Belfast routes
There was an increase in the number of foot passengers coming to the Island by sea in July.
However, the overall number of visitors travelling through Douglas Harbour this year is down on 2007.
Whilst numbers from Liverpool remained the same last month, the amount of passengers travelling from Heysham increased by 4%,
There’s been a decrease of 11% and 5% from Belfast and Dublin respectively.

I know why, do they know why?

Alan Oversby came off at Keppel Gate, examined by medics and found to be OK

Edward Poole was also off at Keppel Gate in a separate incident and was airmed to hosptial with a suspected broken clavical.

http://www.manxgrandprix.org/Roads will close at 6pm for a 3 lap Senior Manx Grand Prix starting at 6.45pm followed by the 25th Anniversary Classic Parade lap.

Saturday 30th August: Roads will close at 9.30am with the intention of starting the 4 lap Lightweight Manx Grand Prix at 10.15am, weather permitting.

Marshals required: If you able to support the Lightweight Manx Grand Prix by marshalling on Saturday 30th August your assistance would be GREATLY appreciated. If you are able to help and would like to 'sign on' please report to the TT Marshals Association behind the Grandstand as soon as possible. For more information call 618191 or click here

It is great to see it happen, can't see Hamilton Massa Räikkönen and co, or even Rossi and Stoner doing it.
