This may be of value or interest to anyone coming over to compete or follow this years North West. Jimmy Walker had a nice article in tonights Belfast Telegraph promoting this years North West with emphasis towards the Paddock improvements. Race Clerk of the North West Meryn White said that the paddock area and course has had a "major cash injection of £20,000".

As this is paddockgossip I'm going to tell you about the paddock !!! The paddock upgrade package will be allocated towards the resurfacing a section of the Metropole Corner, new fencing, lighting, hard standing and new roadways. More importantly Walker mentioned improved electricity outlets will be installed in the rear of the paddock too.

Work has already begun on the extension to the paddock area and next month they start the resurfacing at Metropole. These upgrades owes alot to the grant from 2 and 4 Wheel Motorsport Group. Roll on May time.

there'll be a new paddock at cookstown too. no more getting-stuck-with-the-quarry
